Mr. Bonoff is a Partner at Goode and has been a private equity investor with a focus on the consumer sector for nearly 20 years. During his private equity career, Mr. Bonoff has participated in platform investments and add-on acquisitions totaling more than $800 million of equity capital.

Prior to joining Goode Partners, Mr. Bonoff was a Managing Director in the Private Equity/Special Situations group at Angelo, Gordon & Co. Previously, Mr. Bonoff had been a Principal in the Consumer/Retail group at Apax Partners. Mr. Bonoff joined Apax as a result of its merger with Saunders Karp & Megrue, where Mr. Bonoff had been a Principal. While at Saunders Karp & Megrue, Mr. Bonoff focused primarily on investments in the retail, restaurant and consumer products sectors.

Prior to joining SKM, Mr. Bonoff was an investment professional at Patricof & Co. Ventures, where he focused on making early and later stage investments in the consumer and healthcare sectors. Mr. Bonoff began his career as an investment banker at Wasserstein Perella & Co. in the Food and Consumer Products group.

Mr. Bonoff currently sits on the board of directors of STONEFIRE Grill, Marolina Outdoor, Rosa Mexicano, Silver Diner and Forman Mills. Previously, Mr. Bonoff has sat on the boards of directors of multiple companies including Sneaker Villa, Dave's Killer Bread, National Home Healthcare, Inc. and Voyager Hospicecare. In addition, Mr. Bonoff has been a board observer for Charlotte Russe Holding and Tommy Hilfiger.

Mr. Bonoff graduated from Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Economics, and he received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
